Delivery Information

We offer UK Nationwide delivery and our delivery timeframe is 1-3 days.

We will endeavour to dispatch all products to our customers within 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays/public holidays) subject to stock availability and provided they are ordered before 3pm. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed but we aim for all orders to arrive in a timely manner.

We use trusted couriers (DPD/DX) and Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked to deliver your order – the delivery method will be selected based on the size, weight and destination of the order.

Residential & Commercial Addresses

When completing your order, our website will determine if the delivery address is residential or commercial. Our couriers charge an additional cost for residential deliveries.

If you have not registered your business, for example you run a home business, then our website will determine this as a residential address.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and delivery. You can track your order via the “Track My Order” function on our website.

 Delivery Delays

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted and refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion based on courier evidence.

Damaged Deliveries

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery – if you have any queries regarding delivery, please contact us at sales@bmplasticsuppliers.com.

Returns – Please contact us before returning your items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is faulty.

Custom-cut, bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or not as described.

If you wish to return an item that was correctly supplied, undamaged and not faulty, we reserve the right to apply a 25% handling charge. This charge covers administration, restocking and associated costs.

We would advise that returns are sent via recorded delivery, as returned goods lost in transit, will not be refunded.

A refund will be issued once the order has been returned, checked and actioned – please note that the refund timeframe can vary depending on the payment method and the bank provider.

If you wish to cancel your order or return an item, please contact us at sales@bmplasticsuppliers.com within 14 days of delivery. We can then provide you with the return instructions and our returns form.
